Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Helm ("we", "us") operates helmcareers.com, a job-search co-pilot service. This policy describes what we collect on this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Reservation details you provide — your email address and, optionally, your name, target role, and the plan you're interested in, when you reserve a founding-member spot.
- Usage analytics — anonymous events about how the page is used (page views, button clicks, form starts), a random per-visit session identifier, and campaign tags (UTM parameters) showing which ad or link brought you here.
- Advertising cookies — if you arrived from one of our ads, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel may set cookies to measure ad performance and conversions. If you submit the reservation form, a hashed (one-way encrypted, unreadable) version of your email may also be shared with Meta to measure which ads lead to sign-ups. See Meta's privacy policy for how Meta processes this data.
How we use it
- To contact you about your founding-member reservation and the launch of the service — that's it. No unrelated marketing lists.
- To understand which pages, messages, and ads work, so we can improve them.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your email with advertisers or data brokers.
- We never ask for or store your job-board passwords.
Where your data lives
Reservation and analytics data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting), both processing data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Your choices
Email hello@helmcareers.com at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to cancel your reservation. We'll act on deletion requests promptly. You can also block advertising cookies with your browser settings without affecting your reservation.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the date above. Questions: hello@helmcareers.com.
